At Transfer Family, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.


Returns

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Photos or videos may be requested to verify the issue


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items made to order

  • Digital products

  • Clearance or sale items


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.


Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Processing times depend on your payment provider


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
